The Kosher Table
Recipes, family stories and kosher meat in Baku
Discover The Kosher Table, our project on Jewish cuisine and family traditions. Browse the recipe collection, explore the archive of family food stories, and find out how to order kosher meat in Baku. The meat is slaughtered and prepared according to kashrut by a rabbi in Azerbaijan with whom we work. Orders are arranged locally, with no imports from abroad.
